Hunter’s Supermoon: Ground & Illuminate

Bathe in the brightness of the supermoon as we root down and light up from within.

We begin with steady, supportive Yin postures to ground the body, then settle into Yoga Nidra to illuminate what wants attention—clarity, courage, or simple calm. The practice invites you to feel both anchored and radiant, carrying that ease well beyond the mat.

All welcome. A nurturing evening for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

No experience is needed; simply come as you are. Each month is a chance to pause, align with the cycles of nature, and rest deeply in a nurturing space.

Time: Monday or Wednesday 6–7:15 pm (nearest full moon)
Price: $20 per person
Bring: Comfortable clothing, water bottle, mat (optional)
