July 19 2025 Experimental Drawing (Sumi Ink on Claybord) - Yeppoon

The wonderful world of journaling is a great place to retreat from the world for a while. I call it my scribble art, but none the less apply my art know how. I still think about composition, drawing, values, colours and edges. I draw what is in front of me and write down my responses to it. It can be as complex or as simple as I want, but most of all it's just plain fun.

Let's have a fun day of drawing making use of our negative and positive spaces with Sumi Ink on Claybord and the various scratchy things on the materials list. The subject is your choice - animal, person, still life...
