Breathe & Reset: A Transformative Breathwork & Sauna Session

Take a moment to slow down and reconnect. This session is designed to calm your mind, release built-up tension, and bring your energy back into balance. It's the perfect complement to your training and everyday stress.

Led by the wonderful Amy Kate, you’ll be guided through 20 minutes of connected breathwork to energise the body and clear the mind, followed by a 10-minute meditation to drop into stillness. We’ll finish with a grounding ritual to help you integrate and leave feeling calm, clear and recharged.

This session will help you relax, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your body and breath. After the event, enjoy a free 15-minute sauna session—just bring a towel if you'd like to join.

Please also bring a mat, water bottle, and anything else to keep you comfortable, like a pillow, blanket, or journal
