About the event

Kundalini Yoga A 7week course

This course is suitable for everyone regardless of age or level of fitness and will include, Pranayama (breath work), physical movement combined with dynamic breathing, relaxation followed by meditation. Exercises can be modified to accommodate beginners and certain medical conditions.
Your will need a yoga mat, blocks or cushions and a blanket for relaxation.
