Workshop author, Joanie Nacke, is our Manager of Personal Training & Nutrition. With over a decade in the fitness industry, she is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist. Additionally, she’s a Nationally Qualified NPC BIkini Competitor with 15 competitions under her belt, including four national stages. Health and overall wellness are truly her passion and lifestyle.

You will walk away from this workshop with not only a goal you’d like to achieve, but a path for how to get there!
