Free Community Fitness in the Park with Trainer Madi

Join us Saturdays in August at 9 AM at Yelm City Park for a fun, energizing group workout led by certified personal trainer Madi! These all-levels classes are designed to get you moving, boost your mood, and connect with others in a beautiful outdoor setting. Whether you're just getting started or looking to add something new to your routine, Madi will guide you through a dynamic, approachable workout that's both effective and enjoyable. Body weight and some banded work. No equipment or experience needed — just bring a water bottle, a towel or exercise/yoga mat, and your positive energy!

When: Saturdays – August 9, 16, 23, & 30
Where: Yelm City Park (meet near the fitness court)
Cost: FREE and open to all!
Kids: We love kids and welcome them, but it is parent responsibility to supervise their kiddos' safety. Child care is not provided.
