R&B and POP Mat Pilates

Join us for a beginner-friendly Mat Pilates class. Whether you're new to Pilates or just looking to meet new people, this is for you!

We will be grooving to Pop & R&B hits while strengthening your body.

It’s not just a workout; it’s a chance to meet new friends, build community, and celebrate the beauty of diversity. Allies are welcome to attend.

What to wear

Workout attire - leggings and a t-shirt.
Bring a water bottle
A towel (optional)
