Step into a soul-soothing evening designed to gently cleanse, calm, and reconnect you to your truest self. This nourishing Yin & Restorative yoga class is more than movement—it’s a full-body ritual of release and renewal.

Through deeply supported asanas, we will detox the physical body by targeting the liver, kidneys, and digestive organs. Paired with gentle breathwork (pranayama), intentional water intake, and spoken affirmations, this practice becomes a powerful cleanse for the mind and emotions as well.

We’ll incorporate quiet moments of journaling to release lingering thoughts and create space for clarity and intention.

As we complete our practice, you’ll be invited to reconnect with the Earth itself—barefoot grounding beneath the trees, hugging the trunks of ancient wisdom, and letting the natural world help recalibrate your nervous system and spirit.

This is your time to pause. To feel. To let go.

And to return to yourself—clear, grounded, and open.

    •    A yoga mat and any props you love (blanket, bolster, blocks) also have some available.
