Drawing upon ancient practices, this experience is designed to nourish both body and mind, guiding you into a deeper state of relaxation. Taking place in our beautiful Marquee, you will have uninterrupted views of our vines and the luscious green rolling hills of the Yarra Valley. After your sound healing experience, head to our 1309 restaurant where you can enjoy a nutritious Balgownie buffet breakfast.

What to bring:
Yoga mat, blanket, cushion for under head, water. Optional – eye mask, pillow for under knees. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
