Taster Meditation Session - for complete beginners - £15 pp - @Gorleston Library - must pay up front

After scheduling a taster session on Sat 5th July I had several people tell me they couldn't make that date but could make 12th July so I've decided to run the event again!

This is a great way to try meditation and then you'll have the opportunity to sign up to a beginner course or one-to-one sessions with me.

In this 1 hour session you'll learn about some of the benefits of meditation and the science behind it, and you'll be guided through three 5-10 minute meditations.
