Restorative Yoga & Chakra Balancing with Sound Healing

In this deeply restorative class, you’ll be gently guided through a series of floor-based yoga postures designed to balance each of the seven energy centers in the body. As you settle into each shape with the support of props (bolsters, blankets, and blocks), Marni Prince and Helena Nash will weave together crystal bowls, vocal harmonies, and vibrational sounds attuned to each chakra. Their voices and instruments will create a meditative sound healing experience that soothes your nervous system and nurtures your body, mind, and spirit. You’ll also learn how each chakra corresponds to major organs and energetic systems—and how imbalance in these areas can manifest as tension or depletion.
