Gorleston Menopause Mayhem June Meeting with Pandora

During the menopause transition many women experience joint pain and stiffness, shoulder issues, tendon and ligament injury. Like many of the changes experienced in menopause these symptoms are linked to the decline in oestrogen, the hormone that protects musculoskeletal tissue.
