FREE Beach Yoga Class at Port Maitland Beach with Crys

Join Crys for an all-levels yoga class outdoors at Port Maitland Beach. This class is free and open to all ages and levels of ability. Come prepared to do yoga on the grass! Bring a yoga mat or a beach towel to practice on.

We’ll meet on the grass down by the last parking lot. Any cancellations due to inclement weather will be made at least 3 hours before start time, and posted here.
