This is a weekly yoga session conducted by Meghan's Foundation at our Post. Newcomers welcome!

Meghan's Foundation is a veterans focused non-profit dedicated to helping veterans and their families improve their quality of life through Yoga. Prior experience is not required. This class is free to Veterans. Each veteran is allowed 1 additional guest.
