featuring Dr. Jared Ostermann, St. Joseph Cathedral in the Diocese of Eastern South Dakota

The 2025 Sacred Music Symposium will feature keynote speaker, Dr. Jared Ostermann, Director of Liturgical Music at St. Joseph Cathedral in Sioux Falls, SD. Ostermann earned his doctorate at the University of Kansas, where he studied organ, Church Music, and conducting. He received his Master of Sacred Music degree from the University of Notre Dame, and his Bachelor of Music in Church Music is from the University of Kansas, where he studied organ, harpsichord, and choral conducting. He also studied for one year at the University for Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, Austria.
