It’s finally here—Chef Tomo has blended his orthomolecular (molecular nutrition) know-how with authentic Japanese washoku to create an eat-as-you-learn class that nourishes and rebalances your gut. ✨
This session covers Steps 1 & 2 of our 4-step program:
1️⃣ Replenish 🔥 Light your digestive fire with acids, bitters & gentle ferments. Support stomach acid and bile flow—the tasty way.
2️⃣ Remove 🧼 Calm your gut by dialing down triggers with smart low-FODMAP swaps, antimicrobial spices (turmeric & ginger), and sugar-savvy choices.
🔬 Before we start cooking, Tomo will share the molecular nutrition insights behind these two steps—so you’ll understand the “why” behind the menu.
