Essentials of Contact Improv - 4-week series Yandina/ Sunshine Coast

This series will re-visit and deepen the technical essentials of Contact Improvisation. I will support the regulars of our CI Community with more clarity, trust and precision and also very much welcomes people who want to get started with this beautiful dance form. CI invites empathic listening, curiosity, playfulness, ease, a non-judgmental mind and feeds human connection.
The four classes will build systematically upon each other. Committing to all classes is highly recommended.
