In this hands-on class, you will learn to create two delicious styles of gyoza:
✅ Crispy Pan-Fried Pork Gyoza, with golden, crunchy bottoms and juicy, flavorful filling
✅ Bone Broth Vegetable Gyoza Hotpot, simmered gently in a rich, collagen-packed broth
Tomo will also share the latest insights from molecular nutrition on the powerful health benefits of bone broth, including its effects on gut health, immunity, and reducing inflammation.
While gyoza classes are always popular, there is nothing quite like enjoying a warming Japanese hotpot in winter. This class combines the joy of making dumplings by hand with the restorative power of traditional bone broth—a combination that is both comforting and incredibly good for you.
