Mother’s Day Weekend Sound Bath Experience

Come enjoy a reset for your nervous system! Life is so busy and stressful. We all need time to REST and REJUVENATE! This weekend workshop is the perfect opportunity! Come see why sound baths are trending! Treat yourself or a mom you know and love. (Not just limited to moms though!)

We will start with an optional 30 minutes of gentle movement and stretching, followed by a guided imagery yoga Nidra to help you drop into deep relaxation. The rest of the workshop you will enjoy the beautiful sounds of crystal bowls, drums, chimes, hand pan, rain stick, and much more! Let the vibrations soothe and relax your body, calm your mind, and stimulate the vagus nerve for deep relaxation and rest. Sound baths are helpful for lowering blood pressure, heart rate, stimulating “rest and digest” for the parasympathetic nervous system, enabling deeper and more restful sleep, and much more.
