Motherhood can be the most joyous time, yet also can be the most challenging. It has its share of ups and downs, beauty and frustration, joy and sadness.
Creating this has been a long time coming. A sacred Soul Mama Circle. A space for us to be the village. Living as an expat in a different country has brought its own challenges and we don’t always have the village we need. We don’t always have a support network.
Women are special, fierce people who hold up the world but sometimes life’s load gets too hard and heavy for us to carry alone.
I think the hard is purposeful: so that we’ll need and find our sisters.
This is a space to talk, share, poems, stories, meditation, breathwork and more…… I will also prepare a light lunch so you can feel you are being nurtured and cared for. Knowing that around us we have community. We have each other.
Listening without advice or judgement is the most profound part of a circle.

This offering will be donation based. And all Mamas are welcome. Whether it’s the longing to be a Mama, Mamas with babies, Mamas raising teenagers, Mamas with theirs that have left home, Mamas raising children in all the ways we do. All are welcome. This is a safe and sacred space.
