Join us at Seven Sisters Brewery for an afternoon of movement, creativity, and connection!

We’ll begin with a 30-minute Chair Yoga class with Journey With Jen Yoga—a gentle, beginner-friendly session designed to relax the body and calm the mind. No mat needed—just come as you are.

After yoga, get your hands in the clay with a pottery workshop with Laurel Creek Pottery, where you'll make your own incense or candle holder—a functional, handmade piece for you.
