The Dark Moon Ritual series is a monthly gathering where our community comes together to delve into ourselves. These rituals provide a sacred space for reflection, healing, and connection. Every other month, we delve into the mysteries and teachings of various deities, exploring themes of transformation, shadow work, and personal empowerment.
On alternate months, we hold a Dark Moon Sumbel, a traditional Heathen ritual that offers a period of integration for the shadow work previously undertaken. By engaging in this ritual, we weave together the threads of our individual and collective wyrd, aligning our actions with the greater tapestry that connects us all. It’s a time for spoken truths, remembered deeds, and reaffirmed commitments to personal growth and communal support.
This Dark Moon, we invite you to join us in honoring the Morrigan, the fierce and complex Irish goddess of battle, sovereignty, prophecy, and transformation. She is a guardian of thresholds, a shapeshifter, and a powerful force of reckoning. Far more than a war goddess, the Morrigan calls us to clarity and courage—especially in times of inner turmoil, uncertainty, or change.
Together, we will enter sacred space to connect with the Morrigan’s presence through guided meditation, reflection, and invocation. We’ll explore how her energy can support us in navigating our personal underworlds—confronting fear, reclaiming power, and standing firm in our truth. Her lessons teach us that transformation often requires fierce honesty and that through death—of illusions, of outdated selves—comes true sovereignty.
Whether you're a longtime devotee or simply curious, all are welcome. This is a ritual for seekers, warriors, and shadow-leaning-alike—those ready to honor the Great Queen and face what must be faced within.
