Held just before our regular Friday DnD night.
Our Dark Moon Ritual series is a monthly gathering for shadow work, reflection, and connection. Every other month, we explore the mysteries of a specific deity. These rituals invite us into themes of transformation, healing, and personal power.
On the alternating months, we hold a Dark Moon Sumbel, a Heathen rite for integration. This ritual helps us weave our experiences into the greater tapestry of wyrd. It is a time for truth-speaking, remembering, and recommitting to our growth.
This August, we gather under the dark moon with Artemis, goddess of the wilds. She is a protector of the vulnerable, a sovereign spirit, and a guide through solitude. Artemis walks the forest paths alone—by choice, not exile. Her power lives in freedom, clarity, and fierce self-trust.
To honor Artemis is to reclaim what is wild within us. To name the cages we’ve outgrown. To find strength in solitude and wisdom in silence. This ritual invites us to return to our own center. We’ll work with boundaries, self-trust, and the clarity that comes from walking alone—yet not lost.
