NOTE: Breathwork is a deeply transformative process and your safety is of highest priority, therefore there are some contraindications which would not allow for your participation in the FlowBREATH ~ Breathwork Journey.
These are: Diagnosed Severe PTSD, Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis), Epilepsy, history of seizures, heart issues, high blood pressure, recent surgery or recovery. It is also not recommended if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy.
Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving emotional release.
