Women’s Pilot Workshop + Networking Day

I’ve been quietly working on something I’m really excited to share to the public. A one-day workshop and networking experience at my farm in far NW Tasmania.
It’s designed for women carrying a professional load. Whether you're in leadership, run your own business, or constantly navigating people and pressure in your role, this is for you.
You don’t need an official title. Just a full plate and a desire to do things differently.
This is professional development, but not in a boardroom.
You’ll explore behavioural insights, personal profiling, and ground-based work with horses. There’s no riding involved, and no horse experience needed. You don’t even need to like horses!
We’ll explore natural responses when met with uncertainty, what drives default strategies, and where unsustainable habits might be hiding.
You’ll gain practical insight into your leadership style, how you respond under pressure, and how to move through the tough stuff without losing yourself, or your edge in the process.
And the day doesn’t end when the workshop finishes. We continue the conversations over coffee by the beach and dinner together that evening, creating space for meaningful connection and real conversations in a more relaxed setting.
Women are finding that the relationships formed on the day continue well beyond it, with many staying in touch and supporting each other long after the workshop ends. That ripple effect has become one of the most powerful parts of this experience.
