CROWN OF DECAY
Crown of Decay is a Swedish death metal band that first emerged as a trio, releasing their debut self-titled EP on May 17, 2024. Since then, the band has evolved into a five-piece lineup, pushing their sound into heavier and more refined territory with their latest release: The Rot Within, dropped on July 4th. Delivering dark, pushing riffs and energy, Crown of Decay blends raw aggression and groove rooted in classic death metal. The band is fronted by Robin Svensson on vocals—also known as the guitarist in the Swedish black metal band Myronath—and features guitarists Sascha Samayoa and Markus Jonsson, bassist William Gallez, and drummer Simon Andersson. Together, they bring a mix of experience, power, and purpose, forging a sound that’s honest, intense, and unmistakably their own.
