Unlike other sound baths, this experience is led by the powerful resonance of the deep wave gong – an instrument known for its profound ability to shift stagnant energy, soothe overactive systems, and awaken intuitive awareness. The sound waves move through your body like ripples in water, shaking loose tension, dissolving mental chatter, and helping you drop into a timeless stillness.

You may feel emotions rise, your breath deepen, or your energy reorganise. You might journey into altered states, or simply rest deeper than you have in months.

Whether you're seeking nervous system reset, spiritual integration, or a vibrational fresh start, this is a portal.

In Preparation:

△ Bring a personal intention to receive this as an individual activation during the session.

△ For optimum results ensure you are well hydrated throughout the day of the session as water helps the healing sound vibrations carry through your body, improving your experience. Bring water with you.

△ Wear comfortable clothing that won't dig in or restrict you when laying down.

△ An empty stomach or a light bite is recommended.

△ Bring an intention for yourself (goal, wish, affirmation) - sound amplifies and manifests our intentions.

△ Mats, blankets & pillows provided, or bring your own.

△ Bring water.
