Join us for a soothing Sunday evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and gently transition into your new week. This restorative session begins with a grounding meditation and a mindful journaling prompt to bring you into presence. You'll then be immersed in a 60-minute sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and chimes - carefully tuned to help calm the nervous system and nurture both body and mind.

Held in a peaceful, candlelit space, you'll also enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea and time to unwind in quiet reflection or gentle conversation.

This is your space to rest, breathe, and return to yourself.
No prior experience needed—just bring an open heart, comfy layers and a mat/blanket & pillow so you can make yourself as cosy as possible!
