Looking for a joyful way for your loved ones to stay active and social? 🎶 Our Senior Movement & Dance Class is perfect for adults 60+ who want to keep moving, make friends, and have fun!

This 6-week session features gentle, low-impact movement to music — no experience required. It’s about feeling good, building confidence, and having a great time together. 💃🕺
