FREE Yoga on the Susquehanna River

Restorative yoga followed by silent meditation on the riverbank of the Susquehanna River. Come welcome the sounds of Spring. The calming river flowing and nature around you will speak to your soul and relieve stress. This is a perfect way to reconnect to your inner self, create peace within you, decrease pain from tight muscles and re-energize your mind, body and soul for the week ahead.
