Restorative Reiki Sessions with Stephanie Marie

Reiki is a spiritual healing practice that involves the channeling of energy through the practitioner's hands to promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing. The word "reiki" translates to "universal life energy."

Reiki is often used to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support overall well-being. It is a non-invasive and gentle practice that can be used in conjunction with other therapeutic treatments.
