We have numerous open positions in General Production in our Harvest and Fabrication department. In addition, we are hiring: Maintenance Mechanics and Utilities.
General Production
Maintenance Technician
Utilities
As a member of the production department, you will be responsible for many duties that can include:
Removal of viscera and other non-edible parts.
Meat cutting in our processing department, deboning, specific cuts for institutional use, commercial or other types of use, and packaging.
Use of proper protective equipment (helmet, safety glasses, steel toe boots, steel mesh apron) provided by the employer.
