About the event

Menopause Monthly Meet Up - WREXHAM

A safe and friendly space to connect, share and learn about menopause (from peri to post). Free to attend and free tea, coffee and biscuits.

For this session we will have a short education slot (approximately 20-30 minutes), which will be all about Gut Health in Menopause (extra important as we navigate flu season and prepare for the over indulgence of Christmas). This will then leave us plenty of time for meno chat.
