We live in a world that celebrates the feminine when it is quiet, shrinking and pleasing.

That to be deemed worthy of love, acceptance and safety we must shy away from expressing ourselves fully and living in deep connection with our bodies. We are told that instead we must become a puppet of society's projections and expectations.

And so, we disconnect from our bodies.

Shun our intuition and cover our eyes any moment we must witness ourselves fully.

We hide behind masks, so scared of being seen and what that could mean for us.

But my love, this is just survival. A story we are told, a conditioning that was etched into our psyche from a young age. But this is not your truth.

You were put on this earth to witness and be witnessed.

You are here to be heard, to take up space, embody your truth and to be loved exactly as you are.

And so with this, the dance of the feminine begins. A journey into experiencing, feeling and witnessing yourself fully through Somatic movement.
