Autumn retreat - reset your nervous system

A day of grounding and nourishing our bodies and minds, leaving with tools to take home and building capacity in the nervous system as we wind down for autumn. Our day will consist of:

🔥cacao, journal + burn ceremony
📚workshop - befriending the nervous system, tracking and tools to take home.
🧘 somatic yoga - gentle flow, breathwork, body scan
💦woodland sauna and optional guided cold dip to reset the vagus nerve
🍜nourishing lunch & connection time
🌲labyrinth walk to release what we have burnt.
🎨 autumn art session
🪘magical soundbath for deeper healing.
