Reiki Training Level 1

Reiki Level I is your gateway to personal healing, self-discovery, and transformational growth. Over the course of six hours, you’ll gain a deep understanding of Reiki energy healing and learn how to use it to support wellbeing for yourself and others. By the end of the training, you’ll feel confident applying Reiki techniques, whether for self-care, helping loved ones, or beginning your journey as a professional practitioner. You will receive reiki education and training, attunment, and certificate.

What is Reiki?Usui Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing system that anyone can learn. Developed in the early 1900s by Japanese healer Mikao Usui, Reiki uses gentle touch to aid the balancing of the body’s energy to support overall mind-body-spirit wellness. Accessible to anyone, Reiki supports mind-body-spirit wellbeing and offers tools for personal and professional growth.
