Autumn Equinox Sound Bath in the Salt Cave

On the equinox we have a balance of day & night, and during this Autumnal equinox we are celebrating that same balance in ourselves. This harvest season is time to appreciate all of the work that we've put into cultivating our best lives and self so that we can truly be grateful for the good that comes from our hard work. Together in the Tranquility Salt Cave we will enjoy a guided meditation led by Colleen Gallick with a Hz Healing sound bath & practice showing our gratitude for the warmth and growth of Summer that is leading us to a generous & abundant harvest of success, love, peace.
