We'll be looking at cracking out human flags, dragon flags, arm only climbs, and a plethora of cool stuff to show off at the local bus stop post.

Deadlifts and prerequisites for these moves.

This class is for advanced polers…
You must be confident in aerial inverts shoulder mounts and ayesha.
