You do not need to be flexible to get a good split photo.

There are lots of tricks and tips to help that Bella will teach you.
Lots of these splits are fake and if you get a good camera angle you will look like you have an amazing split.

We will be working on some classic splits moves and some of Bella’s favourites.. please feel free to send in any requests too.

All levels are welcome to join!

This workshop will include a good warm Up and lots of stretching..
