PADI D.S.M.B Course

PADI D.S.M.B Diver Specialty April 2026
We will be running the PADI Delayed Surface Marker Buoy Diver (D.S.M.B) in March and April.

The pool session is on Sunday 29th March (9:30am start), the qualifying lake dives will be held on Sunday 12th April.

Surface Marker Buoys should be an integral part of your scuba dive gear. They are an important piece of safety equipment, every diver should own one.

The purpose of the DSMB Diver specialty course is to give you the knowledge and skills to safely deploy your DSMB/SMB, to know when and where to use it, and to give you a chance to practice these skills in a safe environment rather than on your first boat dive, which could cause problems.
