We’re thrilled to announce that Deaf Sport UK has developed a fantastic Destination Deaflympics workshop for d/Deaf children. This is a wonderful opportunity for them to embark on an exciting sporting journey to the 2025 Tokyo Deaflympics! Participants will have the chance to try new activities, make friends, and learn about inspiring Deaflympians and the DeaflympicsGB team.
The event is completely free, thanks to the generous support from Deaf Sport UK and Worthing Community Chest, and will be hosted by Deaf Kids Connect.
We’re fortunate to have the brilliant Will Brickell leading the workshop. He is the lead coach for Premier League Primary Stars for Brighton and Hove Albion, Will is also deaf and as a deaf advocate for inclusive sports, he brings a wealth of experience.
Siblings of deaf children are warmly welcomed to join in on the fun!
