Annual Tarring Park Spruce Up

An Annual Spruce Up Day.!! To coincide with the Great British Spring Clean.? Fantastic idea.! Come along and get involved.! We are looking for some extra volunteers to join us working for a few hours in Tarring Park in a general clean up and scouring of the benches, signage, playground equipment and bins, (if you can stomach it), on Saturday 21st March 2026, 10am onwards, wrapping up by 1300. The plan is to use scourers & soapy water to clean up the benches, signs, gates etc, around the playground & park. We will also welcome any raking of leaves, light weeding and potentially some painting, if the weather is right.

Please wear appropriate clothing, bring protective gloves, and suitable shoes.
Bring your own snacks & hot drinks for occasional coffee breaks.

Again, we intend to finish at 1pm, but have occasionally gone over that in the past. 😁👍
