Ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of sourdough?
Join Kirsty’s fun, interactive class where you'll learn the secrets of crafting delicious, naturally leavened bread from scratch- but with NO FUSS. Kirsty is all about making sourdough as easy as possible with the least amount of work, but maximum deliciousness. This course is aimed at beginners who are looking for step-by-step guidance in mixing, shaping, and baking with confidence.
You'll leave with your own starter (that’s 20 years old) plus a sourdough info booklet. Kirsty will also bring in a pre-baked loaf to share in class and as a bonus she will also include her recipe for raspberry chia jam – a healthy yet delicious alternative to put on your sourdough- fresh or toasted.
Kirsty Richardson is a local Naturopath, mother and lover of baking. She has been baking her own sourdough for over 8 years and been a Naturopath for 6 years. In this class Kirsty will not only talk you through the steps in how to make sourdough but also discuss benefits of sourdough vs conventional bread, different flours and how sourdough fits into a balanced diet.
