Join us for a gentle walk through the Waratahs.
The intention of this bushwalk is to connect with the energy of the forest and the wildflowers, particularly the beautiful Waratahs, that are flowering at the moment.
Let the energy of the wildflowers draw you into deeper connection with your own energy field and the energy of Universal Consciousness. Discover more about yourself and the qualities of strength, courage and trust that are available to you.
If you are facing some challenges at the moment, and/or would like a boost of support, joy and good company this bushwalk is the perfect form of self care to give yourself this Saturday.
I'll be sharing some tips on how to deepen your connection to the energy of nature, passing on some knowledge about wildflowers and this forest, and information about the Australian Bush Flower Essences (especially the Waratah) and the role they can have in healing and growth.
I'll also be sharing some details about my next event in the Royal National Park: Rewild your Soul: Walking with Whales - on 12 October.
Details: Bottle Forest Trail, 3.1km easy, flat walk on firetrail.
Meet: At the end of Bottle Forest Road, Heathcote.
