Hi all classes should have resumed however I am physically unwell so not starting this Monday as planned x Aim is to return week after so please stay tuned **

Want to start the New Year with a bang doing something for you. Build confidence get fitter and meet new friends then why not drop me a line or just turn up to a class.

We are inclusive and all welcome. Beginners and LGBTQ+ friendly **

We will start the year with a nice routine then aim to build fitness levels slowly **
