Yoga in the Park. 🌳

A Sunday session in Vulcan Park.

Open to all levels, beginners welcome.

No rush, no stress, just rest as we practice out in nature, surrounded by bird song and trees. 🌳

If it is raining, it will still go ahead, bring a raincoat.. unless it is torrential!! ☔️ 💨
I will let you know by 9.30am if it is cancelled due to weather.

Please bring with you;
A mat
A blanket
Something to drink.

*We meet by the cenotaph.
