Summer is charged with wonderful opportunities to explore new places and embrace new experiences. The sun-filled days are longer, brighter, warmer, enticing us to achieve more, be increasingly active, and often overstimulated. Our time together this month will offer a cool, quiet, calming moment to reset. Together, we will explore a few practices that will soothe our nervous system. We will return to our breath. We will ground with gentle movement and meditation. Our practice will conclude with a moment of deeply resonating sound frequencies scientifically proven to promote a healthy mind-body connection.

Please indulge in comfortable, non-restricting clothing made of light, breathable fabric.
