A three-part workshop series designed to help you build strength, confidence, and trust in yourself - on and off the mat and of course, have fun whilst doing it �
Followed by a tea and chat with fellow yogis �
� Flow into Crow – Sunday 23rd November
Find your balance and strength as we play with arm balances and connect to your inner power.
� Flow into Headstand – Sunday 25th January
Turn things upside down and explore courage, focus, and fun through inversions.
� Flow into Flight – Sunday 22nd March
Bring it all together as we find lightness, freedom, and flow in both body and mind.
These sessions are designed to be supportive and a safe space to help you start to explore inversions in to your yoga practise. If you do not have to have any experience.
