Topic Talk: You've Been Timber Framed: An Introduction to Medieval Architecture

Take a closer look at medieval architecture and discover the ins and outs of Greyfriars as it comes to life one timber at a time.

Join us for an enlightening introduction to medieval architecture, discovering the ins and outs of timber-framed buildings and why they have stood the test of time.

This talk is led by a volunteer.

The talk will be held downstairs at Greyfriars. Please check in at reception upon arrival. There are cobbles and uneven surfaces throughout, as well as a step into the seated area.

Tickets are available online and from the reception at Greyfriars: £6.00 per person. Tickets must be booked in advance.

Talks last approx. 45minutes.
