Join us for an evening yoga flow under the open sky at one of Worcester’s most beautiful parks. Whether you're brand new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, Park Yoga is a space to move, breathe, and connect—with your body, your breath, and your community.

This is a free community offering—please register, and just bring a mat or towel, water, and an open heart. Everyone is welcome.

We’ll be meeting at the grassy circle-like area to the right of the Vietnam Veteran Memorial (the pond one). Look for the yoga mats and friendly faces!

Info: You can expect a gentle sweat, a deep stretch, and a juicy and relaxing cool down. All levels are welcome! Please bring your own mat and water bottle.
